Not only great with cost and income research and putting numbers into a spreadsheet, but also managing our external Consulting Team to provide reports, recommendations and estimates.  Presents findings and makes recommendations. 

We compare this role with the tyre-changing team in a Formula 1 race. Needs to be precise, detailed and very fast!

Connects to Corporate Tenants, identifies their needs and wants, and builds long-lasting relationships.
