From Project Creation to Implementation
A Comprehensive, End-to-End Approach
1. Pre-Development
We start with creating a Strategic Plan for you, identifying possible locations, followed by a comprehensive Needs & Opportunity Analysis, which may then lead to Site Acquisition, Design Sketches, Due Diligence, and a Feasibility Study. The latter would include Tenant Selection, resulting in an HOA with a potential tenant, before a Contract of Sale is committed to.
2. Planning
In the next phase, our team will provide you with Design & Architecture, apply and obtain approvals for Rezoning, Town Planning, and Building Permits, after which we can Tender for Construction. During this phase, we will turn the HOA with the tenant into an Agreement For Lease (for the construction phase) and a Lease (once the building is ready for occupancy).
3. Construction & Post Construction
Our skilled Construction Management team gets to work, keeping you informed at every stage, which includes rigorous Financial Management & Cost Control. Afterwards, depending on your goals, we can either provide you with Branding, Marketing & Sales Support of the newly created asset or with ongoing Asset Management to Maximise your Return.
